SIOC has experienced steady growth since its foundation in May 2001. The company was ISO certified in 2010. The certification process was a long one, the same way was its implementation within the company. During this process, employee turnover was clearly noticeable. The current workforce has been stable from 2010 onwards.

Being certified has brought benefits to the company. By being certified, the company could/can compete with projects where it was/is required that participating companies were/are certified. Furthermore, being certified had proved necessary in the continuation and expansion of its customer status with its largest supplier, namely Dell EMC. SIOC was recognized as a DELL EMC Platinum Partner at the most recent DELL EMC Latin America Partner Summit in Orlando, Florida. Being certified has also resulted in increased cost efficiency within the company and cost control
is better to manage.
